Intimate Ceremony — Venue Only

Make your intimate ceremony your own at Oak & Linen. This venue-only package provides a cleared-out space for you to decorate with your own décor.

Included access

Full-day venue access from 8 AM to 8 PM on your booked date. Rehearsal access the evening before is not included. Decorating, your event, décor removal, and cleanup must all take place within your rental hours.

Decorating and cleanup

• Bring your own décor and handle your own decorating.
• Nails and screws are not permitted. Tacks are permitted.
• Remove all your décor and belongings and clean up all event-related mess inside and outside by 8 PM.
• Venue-provided decorating is not included in this package.

Indoor capacity and wedding party

The maximum number of people inside at any one time is 20, including the couple, bridesmaids, groomsmen, and guests. Any officiant, photographer, or other vendor or staff member inside also counts toward this total. This is not 20 guests plus the wedding party.

For everyone's comfort, we recommend no more than two bridesmaids and two groomsmen. Larger wedding parties reduce the space available for guests and require approval before booking. Approval does not increase the 20-person total indoor limit.

Optional additions

• Porta-john: $150.
• Handwashing station: $100.
• White canopy with sidewalls: $25 each.
• Gourmet charcuterie cups: $8 per cup.

Package boundaries

Only items and services expressly listed in your selected package are included. Additional requests require written approval and a confirmed price before becoming part of your reservation. Custom pieces and requests may be discussed and are quoted separately.

Customers provide their own food, beverages, utensils, serving items, toasting glasses, and cake-cutting items unless separately agreed in writing. The venue has no permanent restrooms; porta-john and handwashing station rentals are optional paid additions.

Cancellation policy

40% is non-refundable under all circumstances. The remaining 60% is refundable only when cancellation is more than 60 days before the event. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable in full.
